The NIH Activity Guidelines for adults suggest 30 minutes of moderate exercise five times a week (150 minutes) plus strength training twice a week. But some is better than none, and you don't have to do the 30 min all at once.
I move best doing things I enjoy like hiking, walking my dog or kayaking. If you google, you may find clubs and organizations that offer group trips for many activities in your area. But, some people prefer online exercise or use it as a back up. Below are links to some popular work out sites.

If you like the support and direction of class instruction but don't want to venture out to a gym or studio, these are just some examples of websites that offer online classes you can do in your own home. These are links directly to the Youtube channel for free workouts. Each is very different-see what interests you. As always, consult with your healthcare provider if you are changing your exercise routine or have a condition that may need special consideration.
