TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a trip with LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC, doing business as LH Adventure Travel ("THE COMPANY"). These terms and conditions constitute a contractual agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), and/or purchaser(s) (collectively referred to as "You" and "Traveler") and LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC ("We", "Us", or "the Company") regarding your trip booking. By booking a trip with LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
TOUR OPERATOR
LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC operates as a tour operator and sells various travel-related products and services on behalf of independent transport and accommodation service providers, including airlines, coach companies, rail operators, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and restaurants. We also do business as LH Adventure Travel. We act as an intermediary to facilitate your travel arrangements and make bookings on your behalf. Please note that LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC and LH Adventure Travel do not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers of services, and therefore, we are not liable for any acts or omissions on their part. We are responsible for making arrangements between you and the respective service providers, but we do not have control over the quality, safety, or standard of their services. Any warranty or representation regarding their services is the sole responsibility of the specific service provider. You understand that any claims or legal recourse related to these services should be directed to the service provider, and not to LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC or LH Adventure Travel.
TRAVELERS RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to carefully review all travel information, including itineraries, flight details, accommodation details, and any other relevant details provided by LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC and LH Adventure Travel. You should also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the countries you will be visiting. In addition, you should be sensitive to cultural norms in the country we visit and act and dress with respect. It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, and to ensure that they are valid for the duration of your trip. We recommend checking the official travel advisories and entry requirements of your destination(s) on government websites before your trip. LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC and LH Adventure Travel will not be liable for any consequences or costs resulting from your failure to comply with these obligations.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC, including its doing business as LH Adventure Travel, shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any act or omission of the independent suppliers of services, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, or any other service provider involved in your trip. We do not assume any responsibility for their actions, and any claims or disputes arising from their services should be directed to the respective service provider. In no event shall LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC or LH Adventure Travel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your trip booking or the services provided by the independent suppliers. While we strive to ensure satisfactory travel arrangements, please note that LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC, LH Adventure Travel, and their employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns do not own or operate any entities that provide goods and services for your travel, such as lodging facilities, airlines, vessels, motor coach operators, or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, or providers and organizers of optional excursions or food services. All such entities are independent contractors and are not affiliated with LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC, LH Adventure Travel, or any of its affiliated entities in any way.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please be aware that most travel bookings are non-refundable and cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking that you cancel, you agree to remunerate us for the amount of that fee or charge. LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC, including LH Adventure Travel, will make reasonable efforts to assist you in such situations but cannot guarantee refunds or waivers of fees imposed by the independent suppliers. Specific cancellation policy will be noted on the website for each trip. To confirm your booking, a minimum deposit of USD $500 per person is required. Additional deposits may be required by the service provider. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Final payment must be made no later than 90 days prior to the departure date, unless otherwise specified. Certain services or airfares may require full payment at the time of booking. LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC, including LH Adventure Travel, accepts cash, checks, debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and credit cards. If you choose to make the payment using a credit card, you may be required to read and sign a credit card charge form as outlined in the receipt.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Payments made by credit card may be subject to surcharges. In the event that a travel service provider is unable to deliver the services for which you have contracted, any recourse or claims should be directed toward the specific provider. Please note that if you have made a payment to LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC or LH Adventure Travel using a credit card, you agree not to initiate a chargeback against LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC or LH Adventure Travel. If you attempt to chargeback the payment with the travel service provider, you acknowledge and agree to indemnify LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC and LH Adventure Travel against any chargebacks, including any associated costs or debit memos. If LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC or LH Adventure Travel incurs any expenses, including but not limited to legal fees, in recovering charged-back payments, you agree to be liable for such costs. In the event that a credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any outstanding amounts owed to LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC or LH Adventure Travel through an immediate wire transfer.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
For your own protection, it is mandatory that you purchase trip cancellation and travel medical insurance that includes emergency evacuation coverage. However, please note that any descriptions or representations made by LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC or LH Adventure Travel regarding insurance policies do not constitute binding assurances or promises. LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC and LH Adventure Travel are not insurance companies and assume no responsibility for the submission, payment, or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any claims related to the relevant travel insurance policy should be submitted directly to the insurance company identified in the policy.
ADDITIONAL FEES AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS
Please be aware that additional taxes, surcharges, and resort fees that cannot be collected in advance may be charged locally by car rental agencies, hotels, or other suppliers. This will be made known to you prior to booking. Most properties and vehicle rental/leasing companies require a credit card imprint upon check-in. Spa accommodations, e-bike rentals, etc may also require your credit card during usage.
Travel Arrangement prices are quoted for the entire package and itemized component costs cannot be given.
Surcharges Overview: The pricing of Travel Arrangements is susceptible to potential surcharges. The Company, Lifestyle Health LLC, lacks control over fluctuations in international currency exchange rates and, for international trips, often receives quotes in the foreign currency at the time of booking, which is far in advance of the dates of travel.
Currency Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Surcharges may be incurred due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. Lifestyle Health LLC will absorb surcharge increases related to currency exchange fluctuations from the date the trip is released on the website until the date of travel, up to a limit of 8% (unless otherwise specified on the trip details).
Surcharge Pass-On: In the improbable event that surcharges increase beyond 8%, any additional cost will be transparently passed on to the traveler for payment prior to departure.
Cost Decrease Allocation: Conversely, in the equally unlikely scenario where currency rates decrease, resulting in a cost reduction greater than 8%, the surplus funds will be allocated for the benefit of the traveler during the trip, at the leader's discretion.
Duration of Applicability: This surcharge policy is applicable from the date the trip is released on the website until the date of travel. This comprehensive timeline encompasses the entire duration of booking unless specific details indicate otherwise.

PASSPORTS
All individuals departing from the United States of America must possess a valid passport. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. It is your responsibility to verify that you have the necessary travel documentation, including passports and visas, that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at each destination. You are also responsible for confirming the visa requirements and any other entry requirements for your destination by consulting the United States Department of State or the relevant government agency of the country you are traveling to. Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenses incurred as a result of not meeting the requirements of these authorities will be solely your responsibility.
REAL ID
If you intend to use your state-issued ID or license for domestic air travel within the U.S.A., it is your responsibility to ensure that it is compliant with REAL ID regulations. If you are unsure about the compliance status of your ID, please verify with your local state department of motor vehicles or visit www.tsa.gov/real-id.
HEALTH AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to be aware of any health requirements or precautions for your travel destination. Some countries may have specific health precautions or vaccination requirements for entry. LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC and LH Adventure Travel assume no responsibility if you fail to comply with these requirements and regulations. You must consult with your personal health practitioner for any health-related advice. Furthermore, you are responsible for being informed about any health advisories or travel restrictions applicable to your destinations and ensuring that you possess all the necessary vaccination documentation. Travel carriers and local authorities at your travel destinations may require specific testing prior to boarding or upon arrival, including temperature checks as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Failure to comply with local government regulations may result in denial of boarding or entry, self-quarantine requirements, or additional costs. It is your responsibility to check the website of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for the most up-to-date information before and during your travel: www.cdc.gov.
It is also your responsibility to read the description of the trip to determine if it is physically appropriate for you. This is to be discussed with your doctor if you have any underlying medical issues.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Service providers retain the right to refuse service to travelers at their sole discretion. This includes situations where the traveler lacks proper documentation for the destination country, has a contagious disease, is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics, or exhibits disruptive or unruly behavior. LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC and LH Adventure Travel assume no liability for the decisions made by service providers in refusing service.
ELECTRONIC OR HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE
Both parties agree that you may acknowledge and agree to these Terms using any of the following methods: (i) electronic means; (ii) handwritten signature; (iii) any other electronic means, including email acceptance; or (iv) implied consent through your actions, which include payment of the invoice and/or use of services provided by LIFESTYLE HEALTH LLC or any other affiliated travel supplier. Any of these means shall be considered sufficient to acknowledge and execute this Agreement, binding both parties to its terms and conditions.
GOVERNING LAW
The interpretation, validity, and performance of these Terms, as well as any disputes between the parties, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to its conflict of law principles and any applicable federal laws. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York for any legal proceedings related to these Terms.
